Who are you in a few words?
My name is Lionel Liandrat. I worked for many years in the Gendarmerie, which taught me a lot about human relations.
I chose to stay in security because this field gives real meaning to my work.
What motivated you to work at Protectas?
The values promoted by Protectas align with my own, which inspired me to join the company.
Can you tell us about your beginnings at Protectas?
I started as an operational supervisor for the mobile brigade in Geneva and stayed for three years. It was a very rewarding first experience.
What are your current responsibilities?
I am a quality controller in the Migration department in Geneva.
I ensure service quality from recruitment to training and field support of our agents.
What do you like about your job?
The variety of tasks. Everything starts with recruitment, motivated staff deliver better service. I also enjoy following their training and planning.
What has been your biggest challenge and how do you handle it?
The size of the department requires great flexibility.
We adapt case by case, balancing personal needs with operational demands.

Integrity.The way our agents behave shapes the client’s first impression, so it’s a priority for me.
What advice would you give to women who want to work in security?
Don’t hesitate if you meet the requirements.
