Applicants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older (cf. the Security Guard Act)
• Background check: no criminal charges, no property defaults, and no criminal record (documents verified by the police for countries where the candidate has resided in the last 10 years). 
• Good oral and written communication skills in either French, Swiss-German or Italian (minimum B2)
• Passed approved security guard training (cf. the Security Services Act)
• Driver's license class B (manual gear) - For mobile security 

Yes, we offer comprehensive training programs for our security guards, so that they are well prepared for different situations and incident types. This includes both basic training and ongoing professional development.
