I would describe myself as an open-minded and determined person who is always willing to learn new things. 

Two years ago, I took a big step in my life by leaving the Philippines and moving to Switzerland. It was a new chapter filled with challenges and opportunities. This experience helped me become more adaptable, independent and confident when facing new situations. 

I enjoy meeting new people, discovering different cultures and taking on challenges that allow me to grow. 

I believe that having a positive attitude, respecting others and always giving your best are important values, both in my personal and professional life. 

To be honest, my initial motivation for applying to Protectas was the job vacancy I had come across. I saw it as a great opportunity to work in the security sector. 

When I started working at Protectas, I gradually got to know the company better. Over time, I came to really appreciate its values and inclusive culture. 

I like the fact that the company gives people from different backgrounds the opportunity to develop and grow, both personally and professionally. 

All of this has made me even happier to be part of this team. 

My journey at Protectas started with a very positive first impression. From my very first interview, I felt welcomed by an open and professional company. This was mainly thanks to the people I met. 

Everyone was friendly and respectful, and they made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. 

Protectas is also the first company that has given me the opportunity to develop professionally, and I will always be grateful for that. Thanks to this opportunity, I have been able to develop new skills, gain confidence and take on more responsibilities. 

From the beginning, I appreciated the fact that people from different countries work together and support one another. My colleagues have always been willing to answer my questions and help me. 

This made it much easier for me to adapt to the company and the way it works. I also really appreciate that managers are approachable and encourage employees to learn, develop and reach their full potential. 

This supportive environment made my start at Protectas a very positive experience and continues to motivate me every day. 

I started my career at Protectas as a Screening Officer, a role that allowed me to gain valuable experience and develop my skills in aviation security. Over time, I was given the opportunity to progress to the position of Screening Supervisor, an opportunity I am very grateful for. 

Today, I have the privilege of leading a team that I consider the best. We support one another, work closely together and are committed every day to maintaining the highest standards of security, quality and professionalism. 

What I enjoy most about my job is the feeling that I am doing something meaningful. 

At the end of each day, I go home with a sense of accomplishment, knowing that I have done my job well and contributed to protecting people and ensuring their safety. 

What makes this particularly meaningful to me is that I do not achieve this alone. It is the result of working together with a committed and supportive team. We help one another and make a difference every day.

One of my biggest challenges is making sure that every team member feels motivated and supported, especially during stressful or particularly busy periods. 

I deal with these situations by staying organised, communicating openly with my team and focusing on solutions rather than problems. 

I also believe in the importance of accepting feedback and learning from every experience.

If I had to choose one value, it would be helpfulness. 

Throughout my time at Protectas, I have experienced how much of a difference mutual support can make. From my very first day, my colleagues and managers have always been willing to help me learn and adapt. 

This inspired me to pass that support on to others. I believe that helpfulness builds trust and creates a strong team. 

Working as a woman in my role has been a very positive experience. 

I have always felt that I was treated equally and assessed based on my skills and commitment, rather than my gender. 

Working with a supportive team has shown me that what really matters is how we work together and stand united as a team. I am grateful to be part of a company that promotes equal opportunities for everyone.
