    Stellenbeschreibung

    1. Project Management

    • Manage technical projects in the fields of video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, intercoms, etc.
    • Plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful execution of projects for clients mainly located in the German- and Italian-speaking regions of Switzerland, with occasional support in the French-speaking region.
    • Monitor deadlines, costs, quality, and compliance with contractual commitments.

    2. Technical Responsibilities

    • Participate in the installation and configuration of technical devices: intercoms, servers, switches, workstations, and associated software.
    • Ensure proper commissioning of systems at the client’s premises.
    • Provide effective knowledge transfer to relevant teams (maintenance, support, etc.).

    3. Maintenance Support

    • Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure the availability of installed systems.
    • Contribute to meeting the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) agreed with Protectas clients.
    • Provide occasional support for preventive and corrective maintenance.

    Qualifikationen

    • Technical or engineering degree (IT, electronics, telecommunications, etc.).
    • Experience in managing technical projects, ideally in security systems.
    • knowledge of IT and network environments (servers, switches, software).
    • Customer-oriented, team spirit, autonomous, and well-organized.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and administrative processes.
    • Fluency in German, Italian, and English is required; French is an asset.

    In this position, you will be travelling in your region with a company car. You will benefit from 25 days of holiday.

    Depending on your performance, you will receive a performance bonus in addition to your 13th month's salary.
