    Job Description

    Tasks / Responsibilities as a Security Officer: 

    • Point of contact for security related matters
    • Detect and prevent unauthorised access
    • Respond to alarms within given time restrictions
    • Monitor CCTV in accordance with local legislation relating to CCTV monitoring and data protection
    • Badge administration
    • Visitor and Key Management
    • Accurately and to a high standard, report incidents (may include maintenance, health & safety, first aid, emergency or other incident types)
    • Frequently conduct site patrols
    • Provide front of house (reception) cover out of hours and when requested during business hours
    • Complete continuous training and development activities

    Qualifications

    For this role, you must:

    • Feel comfortable in public settings
    • Have completed an apprenticeship or equivalent training
    • Be flexible with your schedule and willing to work irregular hours (3-shift operation)
    • Knowledge of MS Office and Strong general IT ability
    • Have good German skills and very good English skills (level B2)
    • Hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record
    • Experience working within corporate security sector
