Who are you in a few words? 

I am a security professional, vigilant and committed, specializing in sensitive environments.

What motivated you to join Protectas? 

I was motivated by the company’s reputation in the security sector and the opportunity to work in demanding environments where my skills in observation, responsiveness, and emergency management can truly make a difference. 

Can you tell us about your beginnings at Protectas? 

I started as a security agent, motivated by the desire to put my operational skills to work for a renowned company.

What immediately struck me was the emphasis on precision and quality of work.

This motivated me to fully commit, learn, and grow. 

What are your responsibilities today? 

Today, as a Sector Manager, I supervise security teams on sensitive construction sites within international organizations. 

It is a demanding environment, where rigor, adaptability, and coordination are essential. We work mostly outdoors, with constraints related to weather, noise, and moving machinery. Security must be even stricter, as risks are high and unexpected events frequent. 

My role is to organize and adapt monitoring measures, guide agents so they remain vigilant despite sometimes difficult conditions, and ensure constant responsiveness. 

I also coordinate with site managers and clients to ensure the safety of property, staff, and visitors at all times. 

What do you enjoy most about your job? 

What I enjoy most is facing daily challenges in sensitive environments. I like leading my teams on-site, sharing my experience, and seeing collective precision produce tangible results.

Ensuring security also means anticipating risks, finding quick and effective solutions, and maintaining peace of mind for people and sites. This responsibility and sense of purpose motivate me every day. 

What is your biggest challenge and how do you handle it? 

My biggest challenge is keeping my teams engaged while maintaining a high level of rigor and discipline. I strive to create an environment where rigor and discipline go hand in hand with recognition and respect.

I am convinced that a well-supported team works better, stays more vigilant, and is more committed. Seeing my colleagues progress and find their place in this profession gives me real satisfaction. 

Which value speaks to you the most and why? 

Vigilance is the value that guides me most every day. In sensitive environments such as construction sites, paying attention to every detail can prevent serious incidents.

Through vigilance, I effectively protect people and property, anticipate risks, and instill in my teams the reflex to always keep an eye on what matters. 

What advice would you give to women who want to work in the security sector? 

I would advise them to believe in their skills and never hesitate to assert themselves. Rigor, observation, responsiveness, and perseverance are essential in this profession.

You must be firm yet fair, remain vigilant at all times, and not be afraid to face challenges, even in demanding environments. With motivation and determination, it is absolutely possible to thrive and grow in this sector.
