Mission Protectas: Odysseas Koukouvetsios

Who are you in a few words? 

I would describe myself as a reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused person. It is important for me to take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and remain open to new challenges. I enjoy working as part of a team, but I also appreciate working independently and contributing my own ideas.

What motivated you to work at Protectas? 

I was particularly attracted by the company’s professionalism and the wide range of development opportunities it offers. Protectas provides a dynamic environment where employees can grow both professionally and personally.

Can you tell us about your beginnings at Protectas? 

I joined Protectas in November 2023 as a Sales Support Assistant. During that time, my main focus was on learning the company’s internal processes and providing the best possible support to the sales team. This experience gave me a very solid foundation for my continued development within the company.

What are you responsible for now? 

I currently work as a CRM Coordinator while continuing to support the Sales Support function. 

Within the CRM area, I am primarily responsible for data quality, process optimization, and the ongoing development of our systems. At the same time, I continue to support the sales team in its day-to-day operational activities and help ensure efficient workflows.

What do you enjoy about your job? 

What I particularly enjoy is the combination of strategic and operational responsibilities. My role is very diverse and allows me to actively contribute to process improvements and increased efficiency. 

I am motivated by developing solutions, optimizing workflows, and creating tangible added value for both the teams and the company. 

What is your biggest challenge and how do you manage it? 

One of the main challenges is efficiently coordinating different areas of responsibility and competing priorities. 

I address this challenge by organizing my work in a structured way, setting clear priorities, and maintaining open communication with my team. Good organization and transparent communication help me stay focused and maintain an overall view, even in demanding situations. 

Which value resonates most with you and why? (Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness) 

Integrity is the value that resonates with me the most. 

Acting responsibly and transparently is the foundation of trust and successful collaboration, both within the company and with our clients. Integrity builds credibility and, in my view, is an essential requirement for long-term success. 

What advice would you give to women who would like to work in the security sector? 

I would encourage women to be confident and to actively showcase their skills and expertise. 

The security sector offers many opportunities for professional growth, and commitment and competence are highly valued. Anyone who is motivated and willing to take responsibility can build a rewarding and exciting career in this field, regardless of gender.
