In the field of reception and visitor services our employees are an integral part of the security concept of the assisted company. In accordance with the particular requirements, their qualifications range from technical education to knowledge of foreign languages.
Here the main focus can be on both service and security tasks, depending on your need. In the service area, beside the reception of visitors and the switching of telephone calls, we are also responsible for the operation of the internal information center (help desk).
A complete access control
In sensitive areas that make the complete access control indispensable, we ensure – mostly assisted by technical systems – that no unauthorized persons gain access and that authorized visitors are registered and directed. It goes without saying that it is also our responsibility to issue ID cards and to manage keys, including to keep the records.
